HYROX Training
Our HYROX classes are built for athletes looking to improve their endurance, strength, and functional capacity through structured workouts. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just want to challenge your engine in a new way, this program delivers.

Olympic Weightlifting
Our Olympic Weightlifting program is designed to help athletes develop strength, speed, and precision through focused training on the snatch, clean, and jerk. Gymnastics

Powerlifting & Strongman
This hybrid strength program blends the technical foundations of powerlifting with the functional intensity of strongman training—building absolute strength, real-world capability, and mental toughness.
Each session is coached by a national-level strongman competitor and focuses on developing the big three lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift), while also incorporating strongman elements like sleds, yokes, sandbags, and farmer’s carries. The result is a well-rounded strength program that challenges both the barbell purist and the functional athlete.
