A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel your membership.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the cancellation form on our website. Your 30-day notice period begins on the date your cancellation form is received.
Your membership will remain active through the end of the 30-day notice period, and any final billing will be prorated accordingly.
Example: If your regular billing date is June 1 and you submit your cancellation request on June 10, your membership will remain active through July 10. You will have a final prorated charge for July 1–10. Your membership will then be cancelled.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do!) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
