This is the Olympic sport of weightlifting: strength training focused on the snatch and the clean and jerk. These movements are highly technical, and function as foundational movements for overall athletic capacity. Barbell 541 programming involves full body workouts that ultimately increase lean body mass and reduce body fat percentage, focusing on coordination and speed, building lean muscle and core strength.
