If you want to get stronger, more agile, flexible and powerful, Barbell 541 is for you. The Olympic sport of weightlifting is strength training focused on the snatch and the clean and jerk. These movements are highly technical and function as foundational movements for overall athletic capacity, including coordination and speed. Barbell 541 programming involves full body workouts that ultimately increase lean body mass and reduce body fat percentage while helping to build lean muscle and core strength.
For some the idea of trying a weightlifting class can be daunting. However, like all of our classes, Barbell 541 is readily available to anyone. Beginners or experienced athletes alike are encouraged to partake, no prior experience is needed to jump in.
