Meet Anahi, CODE 541’s Nutritionist

Hi, I’m Anahi Flores! Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner passionate about helping people feel their best and supporting them in a way that sees them as a whole person. My own health journey inspired me to explore healing from the inside out, focusing on simple, natural ways to support the body through nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.

I believe in going back to basics, nourishing with whole foods, living intentionally, and trusting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Right now, I’m also excited to be expanding my skills through an apprenticeship in herbal medicine.

When I’m not working, I’m hanging out with my incredible little girl. I love exploring nature trails, taking in beautiful views, going on sunset walks, watching my favorite shows, and just spending time with the people I love.

My goal is to help others reconnect with their bodies, make empowered choices, and create lasting wellness in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
