Myzone works in five different color-coded zones represented by percentages of your personal maximum heart rate (MHR). You can use your heart rate information displayed in real time during workouts to optimize your work to recovery ratios and ultimately take full control of your training.
After every workout you will receive a performance summary (example left) detailing your Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), minutes working in each of the heart rate zones, calories burned and more.
Myzone Heart rate monitors are available through the gym at a great discounted rate.
Compatible with smart watches to sync workouts. Not just for the gym – your heart rate monitor can be used to track all other activity outside of the gym.
We run monthly challenges for added friendly competition to keep yourself and fellow members motivated.
