Our community fitness workouts are focused on functional movements – the movements we need to do well to live well, move well and avoid injury throughout our lives. We offer CrossFit style, dynamic workouts in a community context. Anyone can go to a gym and practice arm curls in the mirror, but here we continually surprise ourselves how much we can accomplish together.
Our CrossFit style programming utilizes gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics, running, rowing, kettle bell work and more…practiced at a high intensity, often over short periods of time. Every day is different with every workout pulling from these varied disciplines to help athletes maximize their potential. Our highly qualified coaches can help athletes of every skill level engage in the workouts based on their individual needs. More importantly though, we practice together in an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance, positivity and mutual respect. For us at CODE:541, community is the most important element of what we do.

For most of us, the workout itself is not the first reason we come every day. We come because here we’ve found a place to set aside our occupations and preoccupations. We show up to relieve stress and anxiety, focusing on our own health and wellness shoulder to shoulder with others of the same mind and heart. This is a place where people let go of long-held beliefs about themselves, reform patterns of self-limitation and learn to overcome obstacles, both inside and outside of the gym.
We show up to workout, but we stay to be seen, cheered on and encouraged. We witness in ourselves what is possible when people unite around common goals. There is a place for you here.
